Export
Most of our orchids flower throughout the year, with some that are seasonal, and can be exported worldwide. It is always best to request for our recommendation of what’s available prior to export so that we are able to select the very best orchids for you.
Prior to import, you are expected to know your countries import requirements. The following are the four main documentations that you may need for import of orchids:

Please be reminded that it will be solely the importer’s responsibility to let us know the documentation requirements of your country and any other documents are required than mentioned prior to import. Where lab test is required, kindly note that shipment will only be processed within 2 – 3 weeks as lab test by our Phytosanitary Authorities (AVA) takes about 2 week to complete for SGD$50. Should you require an urgent shipment, you may request for premium services of SGD$100, whereby lab test will be completed within 2 – 3 days if they are for pest, for virus and bacteria, there’s no urgent lab test available, a minimum of 2 weeks is still required as specified by our local statutory board.
We advise customer to go for a minimum of 50 mature plants or 500 stalks of cut flowers for export for cost efficiency on documentations, air freight and logistics. Orchids, aside from orchid flasks, usually will not be accepted by courier services to be sent as EMS as it is a live product thus air freight is usually the only viable option (though there are some exceptions). Any order below our minimum order can still be processed but not advisable as miscellaneous cost as mentioned can be costly for small orders. You may also request for cargo to be self collected from air cargo terminals (less costly) or be delivered door to door (more costly but convenient).
We also do export flasks/seedlings and provide consultation for orchid nursery setup. Just write in to us and we will advise you on the kind of plants that you can grow for your market, be it cut flowers or potted plants.
Customers importing from us for the first time should always contact us for a quotation prior to import so that we can furnish you with latest details such as freight cost. We only accept prepaid payment terms for all overseas purchase orders.
