Recently, we’ve obtained a batch of orchid species from growers abroad.  The varieties that were brought in includes Dendrobium Suzukii, Dendrobium Dixanthum, Dendrobium Moschatum, Arachnis Annamensis, Ascocentrum christensonianum. Still trying to identify one that seem to belong to Aerides family but have erected racemose instead of hanging.

Our bell orchid that were grown on guava trees are flowering! The bell orchid is also frequently called tiger orchid (a misnomer),  due to the similarities in colours of its flower to that of the tiger, however it has flowers much smaller than the actual tiger orchid, Grammatophyllum speciosum.

We house a varieties of colours for this vanda in low quantities. From light green, to yellow to brown. This vanda has a thick jasmine fragrance that can get very strong in hot afternoons. Its flowers last for longer periods if placed indoors than outdoors as its fragrance frequently attract pollinating insects/pest.

This hybrid was registered C.Sombuntham on the 1st January, 1974. This hybrid produces long stalks and is quite free flowering.

This hybrid originates from C.Ratanapeanchai and registered by T. Orchids from thailand. This hybrid produces short raceme but is very free flowering. Very ideal for landscaping projects and little maintenance is required.

This hybrid was registered by Silp O.N. on the 1st January, 1982. This hybrid has a buttercup colour and is also used in some cruisine as a delicacy.
